We provide aluminium doors, windows, sliding systems, profiles, and related products. Product descriptions, images, and specifications listed on our website or provided in quotations are accurate to the best of our knowledge, but slight variations may occur due to manufacturing or supply differences.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Quoted prices are valid for a limited period as specified in our proposal or invoice.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm an order.
• Payment must be made through approved methods (bank transfer, UPI, cash, etc.).

4. Order Confirmation

Orders are processed once payment is received (if advance payment is required). Customers will receive confirmation along with an estimated delivery or installation date.

5. Delivery and Installation

• We strive to deliver products on time. However, delays caused by factors beyond our control (transport issues, supplier delays, weather, etc.) will be communicated promptly.
• Installation services (if applicable) will be scheduled based on mutual agreement.

6. Returns and Replacements

• Products once cut, customized, or installed are not eligible for return.
• Defective or damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement.

7. Warranty

• Products are covered under manufacturer or supplier warranty where applicable.
• Warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling, improper installation by third parties, or normal wear and tear.

8. Liability

Kajari Glass & Aluminium is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use, delays, or installation issues beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and branding on our website, is owned by Kajari Glass & Aluminium. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the business is registered.
